Well located in the imposing Hall 5 at Labelexpo Brussels, ETI Converting Equipment introduced to the whole world an innovative solution to manufacture self-adhesive labels. Visitors came in a very large number at the ETI stand to see running the lastest model of the Cohesio equipped with silicone and adhesive units.
This new generation of machine is entirely servo motorized and equipped with the most recent ETI technology, such as : the new coating head, the corona treatment system allowing a better adhesion, an adjustable anvil to provide a very fine adjustment of the cutting depth, an in-line adhesive coat weight measurement system without stopping he production, etc…
During the four days of exhibition, pre-printed rolls of film and paper were alternately transformed into self-adhesive die-cut labels. The myth became a reality for several printers mesmerized by the technology.
From a poster showing prices of raw material used to manufacture self-adhesive labels, visitors were able to calculate the huge savings they can make with this unusual manufacturing process.

For printers who want to merge their printing operations with the adhesive and silicone coatings, creating a complete self-adhesive label in-line, ETI proposes the Labeline.

ETI Converting Equipment operates several facilities and has a patent covering the United States and Europe, for this unique concept of manufacturing self-adhesive labels.
