i1iO is a XY scanning table accessory for use with an i1Pro spectrophotometer to create an automated chart reader which extends and automates i1 color management systems. i1iO allows to measure substrates up to 10mm thick including photo paper, fine art paper, card stock, textiles, polybag material and ceramics. With the help of the award-winning i1 technology, users are able to create profiles for input devices and printers. i1iO is ideal for corrugated, packaging and wide format printing environments, where thicker media or non-paper-based substrates are widely used.

By including the iO automatic measuring system in its product portfolio, GMG is now offering customers the possibility to easily speed up and automate their measurement process, either by upgrading their existing i1Pro device or by purchasing a new complete GMG/X-Rite proofing solution at an special bundle price. Customers who have taken advantage of GMG’s previous trade-in campaign for the i1 solutions really benefit from this new offer as they already have replaced their old i1 devices with the newer and faster i1 solution Revision D and therefore get a real protection of their investment. The i1iO solution is suitable for customers not using a proofing printer with integrated measurement device or who want to minimize manual, time and cost intensive effort for calibration.
