Leading ink manufacturer Chimigraf Ibérica SL of Rubi (Barcelona) Spain announces the appointment of Silversheen Inks and Coatings as its distributor for graphic and industrial inkjet inks and associated ancillary products to the Indian Subcontinent.  Under this agreement, Silversheen will supply Chimigraf’s inkjet inks (UV-curable, eco/mild solvent and solvent) to India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan.  In the relatively near future, Silversheen will also commence licensed manufacture of Chimigraf’s flushing and cleaning solvents, to ensure that Indian customers can obtain high-performance inkjet solutions at realistic pricing.

Silversheen Inks and Coatings plans to launch the Chimigraf inkjet product range at the forthcoming Printex Show, which runs from 15 – 18December at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai.  According to Aditya Chandavarkar, who will manage Silversheen’s inkjet operations: “The agreement with Chimigraf comes soon after our move to new and larger factory premises in Umargam, so we are now well equipped to cope with the increase in inventory and business.”
