Pregis Protective Packaging Europe has confirmed that it has sold its UK distributor
Ambassador Packaging to Antalis, a global provider of advanced packaging solutions, for an undisclosed sum.

Pregis says the sale will enable the company to build new partnerships and develop its market leadership in protective packaging.

Equally important Pregis will be able to concentrate on its core competency of manufacturing and delivering protective packaging products, systems and solutions.  The company plans to channel additional investment towards innovation, new products and programs.
