About Packaging & Converting Essentials

Packaging & Converting Essentials is an online resource for packaging, converting and graphical industry professionals.

The word 'packaging' speaks for itself.  'Converting' means every process that transforms a product into something else - such as converting newsprint into a newspaper, converting corrugated board into transport boxes or converting film into flashy shrink sleeves. Supporting industries are providers of services that make it all possible, such as equipment manufacturers and providers of IT services.

Target groups:

 

- Materials manufacturers and suppliers (paper, glass, metal, plastic, wood, foam…)

- Converters (raw material converters, packaging manufacturers…)

- Graphical industry (printers, publishers...)

- Equipment manufacturers (graphical equipment, converting equipment, packaging/filling equipment…)

- Supply chain (material and product flows)

In short, all typical customers of each other - be it at sales, user or purchasing level.

Mission: connecting suppliers with their target groups and vice-versa

 

Packaging & Converting Essentials believes less is more and focuses on the essentials, which are:

-         free access to packaging and graphical industry related news releases (P&CE news can also be accessed via Google News as well as a number of other services all over the globe)

-         a product directory, which gives direct access to the websites of the listed suppliers (to access the directory, use the buttons on the left side of this page).
For a complete directory overview, click here (depending on the speed of your connection, the loading of > 1700 references may take while ).  It makes more sense to try out one of the RSS feeds.  

-    RSS feeds: You have the choice between a number of global feeds or you can compile your own feed per continent or per country. Depending on the news content you have chosen, your feed will include the contact data of the content-relevant suppliers as listed in the directory.   

     Whether you are in charge of marketing at your company or you are a staff member of a PR/marketing agency taking care of these matters on behalf of your clients: imagine the exposure your company and subsidiaries can get from one or more entries in the product directory as this means that the contact data will automatically be included in the relevant RSS feeds.  Subscribers to the P&CE feeds will have your company's coordinates at hand - whenever they need them and will be able to go straight to your website. 

Costs:

- A directory listing in one country (your 'home country) costs EUR 600 per year and includes a listing in up to 4 categories.  Additional listings come at EUR 150 each
- Your listings can appear in multiple countries (e.g. product entries tied to sales offices) at a cost of EUR 300 per additional country - this listing includes all home country categories. 
- Special prices apply for bulk entries (> 10 products in multiple countries).
