News Release Publishers will protect Pacakging & Converting Essentials against any claim that is a result of the infringement made by the News Release Publisher.

If your item or News Release violates our News Release policy or if is reported to Packaging & Converting Essentials by an intellectual property rights owner as violating its rights, the News Release will immediately be removed from www.packagingessentials.com

Repeated violations will lead to the suspension of publication of your news releases and your www.packagingessentials.com account, as well as removal of all newsreleases we may have posted on your behalf.
